Red Velvet Border Part 2

Standard

Well, after much work on trying to get the design to work, I realized while i really like it…it will have to wait for another quilt.  I decided to go another route.  The video is long again…sorry.  While I am marking the quilt, you can’t see the marking lines but I thought maybe my NON scientific process might help someone.  ;)

I will now load the quilt and get all of my stabilizing stitching done.  :)

  1. What is the tool you use for marking these borders? I know you call it a compass but it also has that straight edge ruler with holes. It looks like a very useful tool to have. Thanks.
